Registration Information

Registrations are accepted by mail only and not by phone. Registration forms are provided by the camp and may be requested by phone 318-938-1221 or www.campbethany.com. Additional copies may be copied as needed. Registrations are accepted on a first come/first served basis by the church groups only and should reach the camp no later than the dates indicated on the form individuals should not forward a form without its being accompanied by a form for the counselor. A registration fee of $25 is required for each camper.
