egistration
is accepted by mail and not by phone. Registration forms are
provided by the camp and may be requested by phone. Additional copies may be
photocopied as needed. Registrations are accepted on a first come/first served
basis by church groups only and should reach the camp no later than dates
indicated on the form. Individuals should not forward a form without its being
accompanied by a form for a counselor. A registration fee of $10.00 is required
for each camper.
Counselors are required on a ratio of one counselor for nine campers of the same gender. A registration form must be completed for each counselor and the counselor must be named before registrations can be accepted for campers. Churches unable to secure counselors on above ratio must contact other churches if you expect to combine groups in order to meet the ratio requirements. DO NOT ASK THE CAMP TO PLACE YOUR CAMPERS WITH THOSE FROM OTHER CHURCHES.
Counselors will be expected to supervise their campers during the entire week of camp. A counselor leaving the camp early in the morning and returning late at night will not be acceptable. Likewise, a counselor leaving the camp at night and returning the following morning is not acceptable. Counselors must stay with their groups for all activities. Youth camp counselors must be 21 years of age or over and will be responsible for the conduct of the youth they bring. Preteen and children’s counselors must be 18 years of age or over and will be responsible for the conduct of the children they bring. Counselors are permitted but are not required for RA/Sports camp for boys.
When first arriving to the camp, please report to the office as a check in site.
