Adult Leaders are required on a ration of one to nine campers of the same gender. A registration form must be completed for each counselor and the counselor must be named before registrations can be accepted for campers. Churches unable to secure Adult Leaders on the above ratio must contact other churches if you expect to combine groups in order to meet the ratio requirements. DO NOT ASK THE CAMP TO PLACE CAMPERS WITH THOSE FROM OTHER CHURCHES. Adult Leaders will be expected to supervise their campers during the entire week of camp. A Adult Leaders leaving the camp early in the morning and returning late at night will not be acceptable. Adult Leaders must stay with their groups for all activities. Adult Leaders shall be responsible for maintaining for their group dress standards that will honor and please our Lord. No inappropriate attire such as short shorts, tank tops, halter tops and any clothing that exposes midriff are allowed. No bikinis are allowed. Youth Adult Leaders must be 21 years of age and over and will be responsible for the conduct of the youth they bring. Children’s camp Adult Leaders must be 18 years of age and over. |
